How to access Google Drive:โ

- Click on "New" and then on "Folder".
- Name your folder and press Enter.
3. Share a file or folder:โ
- Right-click on the file or folder.
- Select "Share".
- Enter the email addresses of the people you want to share with and choose the type of access you want to grant (viewer, commenter, editor).
4. Collaborate on a document:โ
- Open the document you want to edit.
- Invite other people to collaborate with you.
- Edit the document simultaneously, seeing changes made by others in real-time.
5. Search for a file:โ
- Use the search bar at the top to quickly find your files. You can search by name, file type, or date.
6. Organize files:โ
- Create folders to organize your files by subject, project, or type.
- Move files between folders by dragging and dropping them.
